Sales and Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This page is a plain-English summary of how buying, renewing, and cancelling LawnPro works. It is here so you can understand our billing without reading a contract. The full and binding terms are in our Terms of Service, and if anything on this page differs from them, the Terms of Service control.

Try it free, for as long as you like

Our free plan does not expire and does not require a credit card. It is limited to 25 customers, and some features are reserved for paid plans. You are never charged automatically on the free plan. Upgrade whenever you are ready.

Plans and pricing

Current plans, prices, and what each one includes are on our pricing page. You can pay monthly or annually, and annual billing costs less per month. Paid plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.

Paid plans renew automatically

When you subscribe to a paid plan, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged again. A monthly plan renews every month; an annual plan renews every year. This continues until you cancel.

Your plan renews at the same price you are already paying. If we ever change the price of your plan, we will tell you before it takes effect so you can decide whether to continue.

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing section of your account settings. You can also cancel by emailing support@lawnprosoftware.com or calling 205-369-7052. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Subscription fees, add-on fees, and any other fees you pay us are non-refundable, in whole or in part. That includes cancelling partway through a monthly or annual term, and it includes add-on services such as the client login widget, optimized routes, QuickBooks Sync, two-way text messaging, Time Tracking Pro, and downloadable backups.

We take this approach because you can use the free plan for as long as you want, with no credit card and no time limit, to decide whether LawnPro is right for your business before you pay us anything. Support is available seven days a week to help you evaluate it.

Changing plans

You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. You can downgrade at any time as well, but if you are on an annual plan, the downgrade takes effect when your current annual term ends rather than right away, and it does not refund the difference.

Fees on payments you collect from your customers

If you use LawnPro to accept card or bank payments from your own customers, your payment processor charges its own transaction fees, and LawnPro charges an additional 1% of each payment.

Our 1% fee is waived on the Grow and Plus plans. It applies to the Solo and Startup plans and to accounts that are not on a recurring paid subscription. Full details, including current processor rates, are in Section 6 of the Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

If one of your customers disputes a payment, or a payment is reversed or returned, you are responsible for the amount and any related fees or penalties. We may recover those amounts from you. This is covered in Section 7 of the Terms of Service.

Taxes

Our prices do not include sales or similar taxes. If a tax applies to your subscription, it will be added to your invoice.
